About Dayco Solutions

Brisbane Epoxy Flooring, Done Properly

Dayco Solutions is an owner-operated flooring and painting business based in Mount Gravatt, Brisbane. We coat garages, homes, shops and warehouses across South East Queensland.

Starting out as painters taught us that a finish is only as good as the prep under it. That’s the standard we bring to every floor. We would rather spend an extra day on preparation than come back to fix a floor that has lifted, and that attitude is behind every quote we write. Most jobs are priced after a site visit, so your quote reflects the real condition of your slab rather than a guess.

Today Dayco Solutions installs professional epoxy systems from Australian manufacturers, including Hychem and All Purpose Coatings. Whether it’s a home garage, warehouse, office or a showroom every job follows the same careful process from first grind to final coat.

Dayco Solutions: Owner on Every Job

You deal with the owner from the first quote to the final coat. No salespeople, and no handing your job to a crew you've never met.

Prep Done Properly

Every slab is diamond ground before any coating goes down. It takes longer, but it's what stops a floor from peeling.

Dayco Solutions Uses Australian-Made Products

We use professional, Australian-made coating systems designed for Australian conditions.

Clear Quotes

Your quote spells out the prep, the system and the number of coats, so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Clean, Tidy Sites

We protect the surrounding areas while we work and leave the site how it was when we started.

Our Systems

Dayco Solutions Floor Systems

Flake – Our most popular finish. Hides dust and marks, with plenty of colour blends to choose from.

Natural Stone Flake – A granite-look finish with a premium feel.

Solid Colour – A clean, single-colour floor. Ideal for workshops and warehouses.

High Build – A thick, heavy-duty coating for industrial traffic.

Metallic – A one-off marbled effect for feature floors and showrooms.

Not sure which finish suits your space? Dayco Solutions will look at the slab, talk through how the floor will be used and recommend the right system as part of your free quote. Get in touch
