Epoxy Flooring
Layer 1: Diamond Grinding & Prep
Mechanical diamond grinding removes the top layer of concrete, creating a coarse profile that maximises adhesion for every layer above it.
Layer 2: Primer Coat
A deeply penetrating, moisture-barrier epoxy primer seals the concrete, preventing peeling, bubbling, and moisture-related failures down the line.
Layer 3: Base Coat
A high-build, tinted epoxy forms the structural colour layer of your floor and acts as the adhesive base for the decorative chips.
Layer 4: Decorative Finish (Flake or Quartz)
Decorative flakes (or quartz) are broadcast into the wet base coat, adding colour, texture, and visual depth to suit your space.
Layer 5: UV-Stable Top Coats
Two protective clear coats (polyaspartic or polyurethane) lock everything in place, delivering a slip-resistant finish that resists UV fading and yellowing for years to come.
